About the event

The Kindred Area Arts Partnership is excited to announce an opportunity for the Kindred community to enjoy a theater experience together this summer!

"Kindred Night at Trollwood" Tuesday, July 23rd and we are excited to offer a theater experience at an incredible value!

With the support of the Kindred Area Arts Partnership we are bringing you two ticket options to Trollwood Performing Arts School "The Adam's Family" this year.

OPTION 1:  $17 a person. This price includes a seat in the reserved section, a picnic supper, and a special tour of the grounds and backstage (which, from firsthand experience, is really something special) before the show.

OPTION 2:  $10 a person. This price includes a seat in general admission

If you are looking for a fun, family night that you can bond with your kids over, you will want to take advantage of this opportunity.  It's also a chance to support Kensey Knight - a Kindred High School Student who is a part of the cast this year!  Kensey, a senior at Kindred High School, has been cast as the lead role, Wednesday Addams. Kensey has been spending her summers at Trollwood since the summer after her 5th grade year attending theatre type classes and performing in musicals. She is a dancer at NDAOD in Fargo and takes private voice lessons with Ms. Deb Wald. At Kindred High School, she sings Soprano in the Choir and Show Choir and has been selected by audition to sing in numerous honor choirs throughout her JH and HS years. At Kindred High School, Kensey is also involved in Speech, One Act, Golf, Student Council, Honor Society and the Musical where she will play Dolly Levi in “Hello, Dolly!” in April. Kensey is the daughter of Amy Parker (Jim Parker) and David Knight (Sharla Richards) and her future plan is to attend Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI this fall to major in Music Therapy.

Wear your Kindred Viking gear and hope to see you there!
