Thank you so much to everyone who turned out to support the Kindred Area Arts Partnership NIGHT @ THE GAME!

Thank you to our Kindred Art Club students for their artistic support by making advertising posters, the Chuck-A-Ball target, serving chili, selling balls, making ornaments and volunteering to help out wherever needed. We couldn't have done this event without you!

We had so much fun with the first ever Kindred Community Band! A special thank you to everyone who found their horn and came to play - it was so much fun! There are too many thank you's to name but a couple of shout outs to our alumni, teachers and community member players, current band students, to our director Teresa Roesler and Andrew Rutton for preparing folders and folders of music for us, to past director Myron Dybing for joining us and tackling classic pieces like 'Hey Baby', to Maple Valley director Bryan Lewis joining us on the tuba, and a thank you to the students from Fargo North who joined us in the brass section.

Thank you to Kindred Lutheran Church for doing a fabulous rendition of God Bless America. Next years goal - a community choir!!!

Thank you to music teachers Kyle Nesler and Erin Kub for teaching the K-6 students the school song and leading them in singing! THANK YOU KIDS for bringing a collective huge box of canned goods for the Kindred Area Food Pantry - they were so appreciative!

Thank you to Shari Bartels from the Kindred Booster Club for the opportunity to have a fine art/organization/club Parade of Champions! It's fun to work together to support and honor all of our Kindred kids that work hard to make us so proud!! Way to go!

Thank you to Mr. Hall, Mr. Crane, Mr. Packer and Mrs. Brandt for allowing the chaos of NIGHT @ THE GAME. Thank you to Mr. Kvislen for announcing and thank you to the custodians for helping us set up and cleaning up afterward.

Thank you to school board member Heidi McQuillen for encouraging Viking Pride by working with the Booster Club to have a giant plaque of the words to the school song hung on the High School gym walls AND encouraging the song be taught to our elementary students.
