Meet featured artist Roxanne Westman, Roxie's Place Photography of Mapleton, ND, who has work on display for a couple of months through our partnership with Jamie Soloman and her unique Kindred space Wild Roots Venue.
Roxie is joined by acrylic and watercolor artist Robin Wichman of Horace, ND, furrier Jeffrey Miller, Cottonwood Bend Farm of Kindred, ND and try your hand at flower arranging with Jessica Haugen of Sweet Stems Floral Design in Davenport, ND. Kyra Braaten of K Bee Honey will have her handmade natural beauty products for sale! Treats are provided by K-Town Nutrition and Stephanie Kalinowski, Morning Glory and can be sampled while enjoying guitar music by Kindred High School senior Sean Maddock.
Notecards will be for sale for $10/pack featuring the January Artist in Residence piece "Kayos Colors" created with artist Kate M. Baldock.
A limited amount of unique handmade Kindred mugs will be for sale as well, created by 2022 gala artist Ken Omundson of Felton, MN for $18/each.
This is a come and go event where you can meet the artists and enjoy a treat!
